Your job is to provide support to approximately 15-20 bankers in the investment banking division. Your tasks include, but are not limited to, organizing meetings and conference calls, booking and managing travel itineraries, and providing coverage for assistants as needed.
You are a highly motivated and solution-oriented team player who maintains their composure under pressure. You are well organized and detail-oriented. Your written and spoken English and German are very good, as are your MS Office and internet skills. You already have initial experience working in an administrative or secretarial role.
