Assistant Facilities Manager, Middle Europe (m/w) (Kennziffer 1357)

Your Tasks

• You manage several direct reports located throughout DACH
• You oversee day-to-day operations within the team and with supply chain partners
• You ensure that quality customer service is provided to both internal and external customers
• You ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies
• You manage the company’s regional risk register and ensure that measures are taken to mitigate issues
• You draft and submit monthly management reports, KPIs and statistics
• You support client EMS and ISO accreditation


Your Profile

• You have a minimum of three years experience in facility management or in a similar role
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and oral
• You are an empathetic listener with excellent interpersonal skills
• You have experience managing a team and working in customer service
• You approach challenges proactively and are skilled at multitasking
• You are open to travel as required
